Okay, so today it a new beginning. Chuck and I have decided to tackle Joyce Vedral’s 12-Minute Workout Program together. We just finished the first day program. Follow along and let us know how you are doing and we will do the same.
Well, we didn’t travel very far but TCBC did set up their first “live” showing at Jaki’s Hilltop Cafe for the bimonthly car show. Great food, nice people, lots of fun.
